TELEHEALTH SERVICES

Our Doctors conduct Telephone Consultations to minimise the exposure of staff and patients to the coronavirus. After your Telephone appointment, if the Doctor requires to see you face to face they will make the appropriate appointment to see you in the clinic (standard consultation fees apply). The telephone appointments are bulk-billed.

After Hours GP Service

If you or a loved one needs urgent medical care on a weeknight or weekend, but your GP is closed, call 13 SICK (that's 13 7425), after hours doctor home visit. 13 SICK Doctors are on the road from 6pm weeknights, 12 noon Saturday, all day Sundays and public holidays.

REPEAT PRESCRIPTIONS, REFERRALS AND TEST RESULTS

It is the policy of the clinic that no referral or prescriptions may be ordered over the counter. Patients will have to make appointment with our doctor via phone or online. Test results can only be given out during a follow-up consultation with a doctor. Test results, or information regarding test results, cannot be given out over the phone.

Feedback and Complaints

All suggestions and complaints are promptly addressed. Every member of our practice team is trained to deal with complaints as they arise. However, you can speak to our practice manager for resolution of any concerns. Pls contact us on 02 4981 8002 to speak to our doctor or practice manager.

If the matter cannot be resolved, the patient is advised about how to contact the external health complaints agency in New South Wales.
